Why does Ramped slo-mo in Vegas hate me?

for some reason, i cant get it to work....
tried 3 different tutorials on youtube.
still gayness abounds everytime.

have any of you done this successfully?

nope, you can't do legit ramped slo-mo. best bet is to divide as small as possible (hit "s" and see what happens to your clip..)

Keygen in the crack folder, activate by phone, put the code in the keygen and it'll.give you an activation code.

Amp posted a tutorial on ramped slo-mo on fluckit, its basically what I was going to post so go with that

haven't got a chance to try it out yet, but are you able to still get 60 fps? amp's thing made it sound like 50% speed would be the slowest you'd be going and the rest would be 100.

Yes, you still get 60 fps, just, the slower you go, the less framerate you get, no different then slowing it down in vegas. So if you film at 50% and before ramping you speed it up to to normal speed. Then, when you ramp it, if you go to 50% as your lowest speed on the ramp, it'll go down to 30 fps for that split second and then come back up to 60.

That's what the big deal about the traxiom plugin, it synthesizes the frames so you maintain 60 fps all the way through. Apparently its pretty good at synthesizing the extra frames.

don't know if you have time, but that tut would be helpful. when i go into the graph editor, my thing doesn't look like the tut amp posted. his is a straight line and mine starts all the way down and goes up to the last keyframe. / like that .

You gotta change the graph type to speed. I'm on my phone so I can't give you a screen shot right now, me or emb will post one later

there is an icon under the graph, that if you hover over it with your mouse it should say something like, "graph type". click on it, yours is set to "AUTO-graph type" so you wanna select: edit time graph, or edit speed graph... (cant remember the right name lol) basically, go through them til it looks like the one in the tut you're using, then you should be all set...

dont worry roc's did the same thing.

i tried two tonight and i have no idea why they turned out the way they did. just awful. audio's all wrong, terrible framerate, didn't even get the slowmo. i fail
