a race-built R3 means some regular jack-off car that you upgrade til it's R3 right? or is it just an R3 without upgrades? either way do you have any recommendations for a car?

Actually, I was just thinking about that, and how unclear it is.

From the way I understand it, A racebuilt R3 is a car that you buy as a R3.
They usually cost around $300,000.

there are 2 Fairlady Z R3 cars. The one that Bene and I are using, and one more.
I race with all the assists off, in car view, and this car is BY FAR the easiest to drive.
so i would suggest either of those.

I think Subaru makes an R3. Maybe there is an Evo? Don't quote me.
just look through some of the brands that you know, and keep an eye out for the cars rated R3.
almost always have replica paint schemes on them already.

stay away from the Vipers, Bugatti... Vipers are literally way faster than the rest of the R3's. and the Bugatti is impossible to handle. lol.

tell renegade i'm sorry for royally fucking him up on like the last turn lol. i seriously, was on the straightaway, looked at my radar, thought he was nub like 1/8 mile back, then cut left to get ready to take the turn, and OOOPS renegade was right behind me.

also, that was my first time online. so i haven't learned all the nuances yet. from what i could tell, the etiquette was if you crash into someone, you should let them pass. so sorry about that on the second lap too.

dude, dont even stress. this is exactly why we are running races like we are right now. Its mostly just been me and Bene, so having 5 people at once is A LOT for everyone.
That was Yours, Nubs, and Blackhawks first circuit races.
Seriously, dont worry about it.


it just comes down to everyone having more control as they get better.
when this all started, i shoved Bene off the track a number or times. now we bump quite a lot, and still keep racing hard. Now that you have a car, and can practice with it, you will be set man, no question.


First actual race isnt even set yet, there will be quite a lot of these practice races before we are all comfortable enough to do it for real.

pro/con: it's an R3, but drifts like a stable low S class.
doesn't seem overly fast.. but that's all in the gearing I think.

okay, wtf? i just spent an hour doing homework, while my hire-a-driver ran an endurance race. they must've seriously pussied out on the ai in this game.

are the hire-a-drivers seriously incapable of just making a fucking move and passing someone? dude was in 4th for almost THE ENTIRE RACE. I wish i could control the first lap get in the lead then let the computer take over. seriously would be a million times better than wasting an hour on 47,000 cr.

You car has to be tuned to the upper end of the class, and the AI should be set on medium difficulty of lower.

pretty much assured the win that way.

i actually don't think i've done much for tuning on the R8. it's been upgraded as far as i can go in this class if that's what you mean.

it's more the ai though. no matter how lightly the car in front taps the brakes, my H.A.D. has to brake too. JUST FUCKING GO AROUND.

go to the even list, and pick the R2 race at Le Mans.
the event total is 110,000 i think, youll get close to 80,000.
1 hour 6 min completion time.

WOW embers that car is INSANE! best study routine ever. watch that thing fuckin take-off like a bottle rocket past everyone, study for an hour, collect money, repeat.
